Last updated: 20 September 2026. These terms cover your use of The 48 AI Crew ("the Service"), operated by Jamie Wigg Automation, Perth, Western Australia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these terms.
The 48 AI Crew is a subscription software platform that provides AI-powered business tools for Australian small businesses, including call answering, web chat, quoting, booking and follow-up automation. Features depend on the plan you choose.
Plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars as shown on our pricing page. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial; you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Founding-member pricing applies for as long as the subscription stays active. We may change standard pricing with 30 days' notice.
If you are not satisfied within the first 28 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will refund your most recent payment in full. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You must provide accurate business information, keep your account credentials private, and use the Service lawfully. You must not use the Service to send spam, make misleading claims, harass, or breach the Spam Act 2003, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, Privacy Act 1988 or any other applicable law. You are responsible for the content of messages, quotes and calls made through your account on your behalf.
The Service uses AI to answer calls and chats and to draft content for your review. AI output can occasionally be wrong. Draft quotes, prices and customer-facing content marked for review should be checked before you rely on them. We do not guarantee that the AI will always interpret every caller or message correctly.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, carrier failures, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
You own your business and customer data. We handle it per our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You can cancel any time; the Service remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and are not excluded.
