Last updated: 20 September 2026. This policy explains how The 48 AI Crew, operated by Jamie Wigg Automation, Perth WA, collects, uses and protects personal information. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Account information: your name, business name, email, phone number and billing details when you sign up.
Service data: call recordings and transcripts, chat conversations, customer contact details, quotes, bookings and other content created through your account.
Usage data: pages visited and interactions on our website, collected via privacy-respecting analytics (self-hosted Umami) and, on public pages only, Microsoft Clarity session recordings. No analytics run inside logged-in account areas.
To provide and operate the Service (answering calls and chats, making bookings, sending quotes and follow-ups on your behalf), to bill you, to improve the Service, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customer data to market to anyone else.
Calls, chats and related content are processed by AI systems (including third-party AI providers under contract) solely to deliver the Service to you. Data sent to AI providers is limited to what the task needs.
We use trusted providers for hosting, telephony, email delivery, payments and analytics. They process data only on our instructions. Where data is stored or processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected consistently with this policy.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and credential isolation. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify you and the OAIC as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We keep account and service data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups and legal requirements. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time; we will respond within 30 days.
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, or complain about our handling of it, by contacting us. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
